Radiant Life Training
A Yearlong Immersion in the Art and Science of Embodied Radiance
Radiant Life Training is a yearlong mentorship in seasonal medicine and embodied regulation, grounded in the classical frameworks of Ayurveda and Neijing-based medicine. Structured around micro-seasons and staged cleansing, the program restores circadian amplitude, metabolic flexibility, endocrine timing, and autonomic tone through a coordinated model of care that integrates contemplative discipline with contemporary systems physiology. Offered in seasonal or full-year entry, this small cohort training replaces fragmented self-care with sequenced adaptation aligned to climate, light, and lived environment.
Journey to Bhutan
Pilgrimage of Pristine Nature
September 1-12, 2026
Join Tulku Pema Khandro, PhD, with Buddhist Studies Institute Senior Faculty Aruna Rig’dzin and Dr. Satya Shiva for a pilgrimage into Bhutan’s sacred landscapes, where Vajrayana lineage remains a living tradition.
As the last Buddhist kingdom where Tantric Buddhism is upheld as a state tradition, Bhutan offers rare access to sites of Dzogchen and Highest Yoga Tantra revelation. Among living monasteries and realized lineage holders, Vajrayana is encountered as an immediate, embodied reality.
This pilgrimage is an immersion in continuity, walking the same sacred terrain where practice, realization, and daily life remain inseparable. The journey is shaped as a contemplative passage, allowing time for devotion, study, silence, and direct encounter with pristine nature and the last living Vajrayana culture.
Bridging Traditions
Integrative Panchakarma, TCM, and the Endocannabinoid System
May 2-4, 2025
National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) Conference
In this 2025 NAMA presentation, Dr. Satya Shiva draws on over two decades of experience in Panchakarma and integrative detoxification to explore the convergence of Eastern medical systems with emerging biomedical insights. Her talk highlights how the endocannabinoid system (ECS) mirrors key regulatory principles found in Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, particularly in the realms of digestive integrity, lipid metabolism, and systemic balance. Through a synthesis of clinical experience and original research, she offered a model of Panchakarma that incorporates TCM diagnostics, ECS modulation, and seasonal rhythms. The takeaways include a call for whole-system, relational research approaches and a vision of collaborative, ethically grounded care.

“Teaching is how I listen out loud.
It’s a way to honor lineage, uplift healing, and walk with others toward what’s most real.”
